Mac & Byte Solutions LLC provides consulting services related to IT automation, systems integration, and Apple device management. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
Payment terms will be specified in each service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and proprietary data accessed during the course of our engagement.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, client retains ownership of their data and systems. Custom work products created specifically for a client become the property of that client upon full payment.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Client is responsible for payment of all services rendered prior to termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mac & Byte Solutions LLC operates.
